Carl Nielsen's Childhood Home
The house, which is situated about 15 kilometres south of Odense on the main road between Odense and Faaborg between the villages Nr. Lyndelse and Nr. Søby, was Carl Nielsen’s third and final childhood home. It was converted into a museum in 1956.

Egeskov Mill
The impresseive Dutch windmill Egeskov Mill is placed 2 km from Egeskov Castle. The present mill was built in 1855. In 1952 Egeskov Mill became familiar to all Danes when the illustrator Ib Andersen used it as a motif on the new ten-kroner note, and to many people it is still known as the Ten-Kroner Mill.
