  After a day by the water, guests can return to the historic farm from 1729, warm up by the fireplace and enjoy homemade meals prepared from local ingredients. All stays include breakfast, snacks for the day and scheduled transport between Solbjerggaard and Faaborg, making it easy to combine winter experiences with tranquillity, comfort and hospitality.   The focus is not on additional activities, but on creating the ideal setting for a memorable stay. Guests can enjoy the atmosphere surrounding the World Cup, the Danish Ice Swimming Championships and the many events of Faaborg Winter Days, while Solbjerggaard provides a warm and welcoming base with plenty of space to relax, recharge and enjoy the unique winter atmosphere of South Funen.

• Friday – Solbjerggaard Winter Tapas A cosy welcome dinner featuring a selection of local products including fine cheeses and charcuterie, fish, marinated vegetables, homemade dips, preserves from the garden, nuts and our homemade bread.
• Saturday – Solbjerggaard Winter Dinner A warm seasonal winter dinner prepared with local and preferably organic ingredients, followed by a homemade dessert.
  We serve one shared menu each evening, not à la carte, and are happy to accommodate vegetarians, allergies and other dietary requirements when notified in advance.
