The shop sells organic eggs, beef from cattle grazing on Bjørnø’s hills, and seasonal vegetables from a 1.5-hectare open-air garden, market garden, and greenhouse. The meat and eggs are certified organic, and living hedgerows and ponds form a natural part of the landscape.
