Join us for a creative and cosy winter experience for the whole family on the grassy areas by the Harbour Bath in Faaborg.
Children from around 7 years old and their adults can take part in Ice for Kids, where you’ll have the chance to shape ice sculptures yourself using real ice blocks and tools — all equipment is provided, and help and guidance are available. It’s a fun and unusual activity where imagination runs free in the winter cold.
At the same time, you can watch sculptor Allan Bo Jensen at work on a large ice sculpture that celebrates Winter Faaborg — an impressive sight that slowly takes shape throughout the day.
Everyone is welcome — don’t forget warm clothing and good spirits!

The event is part of VINTERLAND – Funen and Islands’ Festival of Culture in the Dark. It is organised in collaboration between Faaborg‑Midtfyn Municipality and Kulturregion Fyn. The festival is supported by Region of Southern Denmark, Øernes Kunstfond and the Danish Outdoor Council.
