Main course :
Rack of lamb roasted with rosemary and garlic, served with celery purée, pommes anna, thyme-baked root vegetables, slow-baked tomatoes and a rich red wine sauce.

Dessert :
Stuffed Easter eggs served with roasted pistachios and homemade mango sorbet.
